Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are based on the drawings, revisions, and quantities submitted. Changes to any of these may change price and lead time.
Orders and supply
Orders are governed by the commercial terms agreed in writing between the customer and HM Industries. Individual purchase agreements prevail over these website terms.
Intellectual property
Customer drawings, models, and specifications remain the property of the customer. Website content, including text and design, is the property of HM Industries and may not be reproduced without permission.
Confidentiality
Technical information submitted through this website is treated as confidential whether or not a separate NDA is in place, and is disclosed only as required to prepare quotations or fulfil orders.
