Questions manufacturers ask

Who can apply?
Any manufacturing unit in India with verifiable production capability, including machining, fabrication, casting, forging, molding, or finishing, can apply. We evaluate every application on capability, quality systems, and capacity, regardless of company size.
Is there any registration fee?
No. Applying and joining the HM Industries supplier network is free. We earn on completed orders, not on listing factories.
How are RFQs assigned?
RFQs are matched to factories based on process capability, tolerance history, material experience, and current capacity, rather than a queue. Our engineers select the supplier best suited to each requirement.
Do I need export experience?
No. Most of our partner factories had little or no direct export experience before joining. HM Industries manages export documentation, packaging standards, and logistics on your behalf.
How long does approval take?
After you submit your application, our team typically reviews details and schedules a factory audit within 5–7 business days. Approval follows the audit, usually within two to three weeks of application.
