About us

Engineers on your side of the table, on our side of the ocean

HM Industries exists because sourcing from India works brilliantly when someone qualified is standing on the shop floor. We are that someone.

Who we are

A sourcing partner, not a trading company

HM Industries is an engineering sourcing and export company headquartered in India. We connect global manufacturers with India's most capable engineering suppliers, and stay accountable for what happens next.

We do not own factories, and that is deliberate. Owning a machine shop would bias every quotation toward our own spindles. Instead, we maintain an audited network of 100+ manufacturers and place each part where the process capability genuinely fits, then manage production, inspect at the source, prepare export documentation, and deliver to your dock.

What separates us from a trading company is simple: engineers. Our team reads your drawings, challenges your suppliers, and measures your parts. When you ask a technical question, you get a technical answer, in your working hours.

Principles

How we work

Four commitments that decide how we quote, who we buy from, and what we tell you when something goes wrong.

  1. 01

    Quality is engineered.

Process capability is chosen before the first cut, not corrected after it. Every part is measured against the drawing before it leaves the floor.

  2. 02

    Honesty before deadlines.

If a tolerance is unachievable or a date is at risk, you hear it the day we know. Never after the deadline has already passed.

  3. 03

    Built for the long term.

We earn on repeat deliveries, not one-time margin. The commercial model only works if you come back with the next drawing.

  4. 04

    Relationships make better parts.

Suppliers paid fairly and treated as partners hold quality for decades. We negotiate hard, but never against the relationship that protects your parts.
