How it works
Nine steps. One accountable partner.
A process built around the questions procurement teams actually ask: What will it cost? When will it arrive? How do I know it's right? Here is how we answer all three.
- 01
You upload your drawing
Day 0Send PDF, STEP, DWG, or DXF files through our RFQ page with material, quantity, and required date. Everything is covered by NDA from the first file.
- 02
Engineering review
Within hoursOur engineers check manufacturability, tolerances, and material availability, then flag anything ambiguous before it becomes a quotation error. If a small design change would cut cost meaningfully, we tell you.
- 03
Quotation
Within 24 hoursYou receive a detailed quotation: unit price with quantity breaks, tooling cost if any, committed lead time, inspection scope, and Incoterm options. Firm numbers from qualified factories, not estimates.
- 04
Prototype / first article
Typically 2–4 weeksFor new parts, we produce samples with a full First Article Inspection report. Production is released only after you approve the FAI, so there are no surprises at volume.
- 05
Production
Per committed scheduleYour parts are produced at the audited factory selected for the job. We manage the schedule on the ground and report progress weekly, so you never chase a supplier across time zones.
- 06
Inspection
Before packingFinal dimensional inspection against your ballooned drawing, plus CMM, roughness, or hardness testing per the quality plan. Reports and photos are shared for your approval.
- 07
Packaging
1–2 daysVCI preservation, protective interleaving, and ISPM-15 crates or pallets engineered for the freight mode. Packing is photographed before the container closes.
- 08
Export
Documents approved in advanceCommercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin, and material certificates prepared to your import requirements, drafts shared before dispatch so customs clears cleanly.
- 09
Delivery
To your dockSea, air, or courier freight tracked to your door under your chosen Incoterm. One consignment, one document set, even when parts come from multiple factories.
For repeat orders
After the first order, it gets faster
Approved parts skip prototyping and go straight to production against your purchase order. Customers with recurring demand move to forecast driven scheduling and buffer stock, so a six week ocean transit feels like a local supplier.
