Quality
Inspected in India. Trusted at your dock.
Distance is only a risk if nobody qualified is standing next to your parts. Our quality engineers inspect at the source, so what arrives is what you approved.
Three stage inspection
Quality is a process, not a final check
A part that fails final inspection was already scrap an hour after machining started. That's why we inspect at three points, not one.
Incoming Inspection
Raw material is verified against the mill certificate before machining begins: grade, heat number, dimensions, and condition. Wrong material caught here costs nothing; caught later it costs the lot.
In Process Inspection
Approval of the first piece before a production run, then patrol inspection during it. Critical dimensions are checked while correction is still possible, with records tied to machine and operator.
Final Inspection
Every lot is measured against a ballooned drawing before packing, per an AQL sampling plan or 100% for critical features. Nonconforming lots are quarantined in India, they never ship.
Packing Inspection
Preservation, part protection, labeling, and crate integrity are verified and photographed before the container closes. You see your parts packed before they leave.
Measurement & testing
Verified with instruments, not opinions
Dimensional Inspection
Calibrated micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, and thread gauges, with every measurement traceable to a calibration record.
CMM Measurement
Coordinate measuring machines for GD&T verification: position, profile, flatness, and datum referenced features, reported feature by feature.
Surface Roughness Testing
Stylus profilometry with Ra and Rz reported alongside cutoff length and measurement direction, the details that make a roughness number meaningful.
Hardness Testing
Rockwell, Brinell, and Vickers testing to verify heat treatment results, with case depth certification where specified.
Documentation
Paperwork your auditors will approve of
Regulated industries live and die by documentation. Ours is prepared to be audited, not just filed.
Material Certificates
EN 10204 3.1 as standard, with heat number traceability from melt to finished part. 3.2 with third party witnessing available for critical applications.
PPAP
Production Part Approval Process submissions (typically Level 3): process flow, control plan, MSA, capability studies, and part submission warrant.
FAI
First Article Inspection reports on every new part or revision: full dimensional layout in AS9102 style format before production release.
Inspection Reports
Every shipment carries a dimensional report mapped to a ballooned drawing, plus photographic evidence of parts and packaging.
Quality process flow
Eight gates between your drawing and your dock
- 1
Drawing review
Critical characteristics identified; inspection plan agreed before quotation.
- 2
Supplier quality plan
Control plan and sampling levels set with the factory before production.
- 3
Material verification
Incoming raw material checked against mill certificates.
- 4
First piece approval
Production starts only after the first piece passes full layout.
- 5
Patrol inspection
Checks at defined intervals during the run.
- 6
Final inspection
Lot measured against ballooned drawing; reports compiled.
- 7
Packing verification
Preservation, labeling, and crating checked and photographed.
- 8
Document release
Certificates and reports shared for your approval before dispatch.
Ask for a sample inspection report
The fastest way to judge a quality system is to read its output. Request an anonymized dimensional report and PPAP sample with your quotation.
