Information we collect
When you submit an RFQ or contact us, we collect the business information you provide: company name, contact details, country, and project descriptions, together with any technical files (drawings, 3D models) you upload.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to prepare quotations, execute orders, and communicate with you. Technical files are shared only with suppliers bound by confidentiality agreements, and only to the extent required to quote or produce your parts.
Protection of technical files
Drawings and models are stored on access controlled systems, transmitted over encrypted connections, and deleted or returned on request after a project closes. We never use customer designs for any purpose other than fulfilling your orders.
Third parties
We do not sell or rent personal data. Service providers (hosting, file storage, email) process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. Logistics partners receive only the shipment information needed to deliver your goods.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to info@hm-industries.co. We respond within 30 days.
